Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect information when you fill out a form or contact us.
- Strategy session request form. Name, work email, company, role, the service you are interested in, and any message you add.
- Playbook download form. First name, work email, and company.
- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. When you submit one of our forms on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares the details you choose to send us. This can include your name, email address, company, job title, and seniority, along with any other fields shown on that form.
- Email and meetings. Anything you send us by email, or share with us when you book or join a call.
Information collected automatically
- Campaign details. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), our forms record those tags. We also record which page you submitted a form from.
- Analytics. We use Fathom Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. Fathom is privacy focused. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. We also count simple events, such as when the playbook offer is shown or requested.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider and font provider receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you requested. This is needed to deliver the site to you.
Information from others
We may receive information about you from LinkedIn when you submit a Lead Gen Form.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your request and follow up within about one business day.
- Send you a link to book a session if it looks like a fit.
- Send the playbook or other resources you ask for.
- Send occasional emails about our services and insights. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand which pages, campaigns, and ads work, using totals rather than individual profiles.
- Run, secure, and improve our site and services.
- Meet legal and tax duties and protect our rights.
We do not use your personal information to train AI models. When we use AI tools to draft replies or research leads, we use only business tools that do not train on our data.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Cresera. They may use it only to provide services to us. They include:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Our CRM. It receives our website form submissions and sends our follow-up emails.
- Calendly. Our scheduling tool. It receives the details you enter when you book a session.
- Fathom Analytics. Privacy-focused website analytics.
- Vercel. Website hosting.
- Google. Web fonts, and email and documents through Google Workspace.
- LinkedIn. Our ads and Lead Gen Forms. LinkedIn’s own privacy policy covers what it collects on its platform.
We may also share information:
- If the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal request.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Cresera, our clients, or others.
- As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, including transfers to or within J. Bridges, LLC.
- With your consent.
Cookies and analytics
We keep tracking to a minimum.
- Fathom Analytics does not set cookies.
- We set one first-party cookie, called “cresera_playbook_popup.” It remembers if you closed or completed the playbook offer, so we do not show it again. It lasts 14 days after you close the offer, or one year after you request the playbook. It does not identify you.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy.
- Lead and inquiry details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement and as required for legal, tax, and accounting reasons.
- Analytics: kept in aggregate form only.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted service providers. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to opt out.
- Access, correct, or delete. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted ads. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights. This includes residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR). These rights may include the right to know what we collect, to get a copy, to correct, to delete, to limit or object to some uses, to withdraw consent, and to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
How to make a request. Email brett@creseraai.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us what you are asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will respond within 30 days, or 45 days where California law applies.
For visitors outside the U.S. We are based in the United States, and we process and store information here. Where GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: your consent, steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and growing our business.
Children
Our site and services are for business professionals. They are not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify for our Prompting Revenue podcast. Their privacy policies apply when you use them, not this one.
Client services
This policy covers our website, marketing, and sales outreach. Information we handle while delivering client work, including Cresera Academy and the Cresera Community, is covered by our client agreements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If we make a major change, we will give more notice where the law requires it.
